Principal’s Message |
Dear Springer Families,
This past week has been a difficult week for our Springer community and for our neighboring school, Loyola. I have been so impressed with your advocacy and support for our children, not only at Springer, but throughout the district. Even more importantly was the way we represented our school at the Board meeting with professionalism and unity. Thank you to our PTA leadership for their communication and for working with the parent community and district in such an effective and productive manner. Also, we have several parents who are actively involved in making sure we are getting the word out about the excellent experience our children have at our neighborhood schools. I encourage everyone to do their part by sharing your experience with those in your neighborhood who are deciding where to send their child(ren) next year. That shared connection is ultimately the best way to encourage parents to choose Springer. February 8th is the deadline for pre-registration, so we appreciate you getting the message out that Springer is the best place for kids!
I wish you a wonderful Super Bowl weekend. Personally, I am still mourning the loss of the Saints, but I will leave it at that:)
