There are three Crossing Guards for Springer School:

•    on Cuesta at the light near the school's back entrance, paid for by the City of Mountain View;
•    on Springer at Rose/Rosita, paid for by the City of Los Altos; and
•    on Rose at the parking lot exit, paid for by the school district.

For added safety, we ask that parent volunteers monitor two additional crosswalks:

•   on Rose at Limetree, near the kinder play yard; and
•   in the parking lot, in front of the STEM lab.

We ask that each family volunteer at least two times per year, per student.  It will take all our parents pitching in together to cover 4 volunteer slots (two AM and two PM) each school day.  Grandparents and caregivers are welcome to volunteer as well!
